We are at the end of this course. I must say that this was a journey . This class was difficult at the beginning, but I dug my heels in the ground and completed it. The instructor made it less frightening and made himself available for questions and answered them in an expedient manner.
We covered a lot in this course, and it was just a touch on other courses to follow. I definitely learned a lot I n this course and was very pleased with the content provided and taught. There was a great amount of reading, but all of the readings were related directly to the course. We learned about segmentation, how to follow internet ratings, how to create a survey, and what makes a webpage stand out to a consumer.
The information provided in this course cannot help me in. my current position, but it will be needed when I launch my own business or in my real estqte3 to see how my web page is fairing in the market. I will monitor how my web site is drawing in consumer and how to make it better than my competition to get consumers to convert over to me. With the information taught I learned that I need to do search engine optimization in order to keep abreast with my competitors and it will help me analyze what improvements that I may need to make to beat out the competition. The importance of having the consumer provide feedback via a survey. I never thought about how an survey can assist you in improving your business until this course.
Overall this course is valuable to a business owner. I intend to use the subjects taught in this course to move my business forward. I really did enjoy this course.
