IMAP

This course was an extreme challenge to me.  I got lost somewhere in translation.  IMAP calculations were also difficult for me because I did  not understand them.  I honestly had no idea what I was doing in this course even when doing the professors video.  

Although, I went into this course knowing nothing I did gain some knowledge.  I feel that if I practice what I was taught in this course I could really gain the needed understanding.  For this course 4 weeks is not enough to get you to where you need to be to utilize the information in a real time situation.

I must state hat Professor Cornell was very patient with me and provided guidance, but I just could not grasp the concept.  I like the fact that she was a very responsive person when it came to questions and reassurance.  The easiest thing about this course4 is that we did not have to utilize the APA format when completing our papers.  It was a relief and made the writing a lot easier.

Once I grasp the full concept of this course I can see where it will help  me with the personas, rations, how to calculate the percentages needed to improve conversions  and ROI.
